In order to meet the new requirements of the 2014 CCDF reauthorization, states must also take into consideration the cost of care when setting rates. Both the cost of 1) implementation of health, safety, quality, and staffing requirements and 2) the cost of higher quality care should be taken into consideration. Taking this survey will assist Missouri in Meeting ACF’s definition of a “narrow cost analysis,” and will use this information to help weight responses during the rate-setting process.
